Taste

While a traditional grill requires 7kgs of charcoal to control the temperature, the KB10 only requires 1,5kg per barbecue. The temperature will be controlled by moving only the upper and lower vents. No additional charcoal will be required, no supervision is necessary, just to watch the time. In addition, because of its enveloping nature, Wind and cold will be left out of the equation.

LIGHTING THE FIRE
The fire is lit with a roll of paper towel dipped in blue alcohol. It is placed in the charcoal burner, lit and left with the Kamado closed and its 2 vents fully open to maximize oxygen circulation circulation. In 15 minutes, the Kamado will be ready to be used.
