DESIGN, HANDLING AND EXPERIENCE

QUALITIES THAT MAKE US UNIQUE

Taste

The flavor of the Kamado B10 is unique and incomparable because unlike a traditional grill, here the heat is enveloping, it seals and sears the meat or food, retaining all the juices, colors and flavors. The food can also be smoked or aromatized using different woods and aromatics. This feature required years of research being the same as the legendary Japanese Imperial Kamado and OUR BEST KEEPED SECRET.

HANDLING

The KB10 is extremely practical in its use and location in any type of location. While a traditional grill requires 7kgs of charcoal to control the temperature, the KB10 only requires 1,5kg per barbecue. The temperature will be controlled by moving only the upper and lower vents. No additional charcoal will be required, no supervision is necessary, just to watch the time. In addition, because of its enveloping nature, Wind and cold will be left out of the equation.

APPEARANCE OF THE MEAT

To get the most out of it, you only need to adjust the top and lower vents according to the type of meat or your taste, and your Kamado B10 will work as a grill, clay oven, smokehouse, stove, or as a combination of all of them; so it will be possible to make a rosemary-smoked pizza or an apple wood-flavored roast.

VERSATILITY

To get the most out of it, just adjust the top and lower vents according to the type of meat or your taste, and your Kamado B10 will work as a grill, clay oven, smokehouse, stove, or as a combination of all them; so it will be possible to make a rosemary-smoked pizza or an apple wood flavored roast.

LIGHTING THE FIRE

The fire is lit with a roll of paper towel dipped in blue alcohol. It is placed in the charcoal burner, lit and left with the Kamado closed and its 2 vents fully open to maximize oxygen circulation circulation. In 15 minutes, the Kamado will be ready to be used.

DESIGNED TO LAST FOR A LIFETIME

ECO-FRIENDLY

THE KB10 AND ITS DIFFERENT USES

Grilling

By regulating the vents you can emulate a grill, grilling meat at high temperature (between 150 and 170 degrees) in just 12 minutes or you can grill at low temperature (64 to 70 degrees) piglets, lambs, ribs, having an autonomy of up to 17 hours.

Oven

Everything you do in your gas or clay oven can be replicated in the KB10, obtaining much better results. Pizzas, breads, cakes, everything.

Cooking with pots

You will be able to cook stews in iron, ceramic or clay pots, with the difference of doing it on a stove where the heat will be enveloping, achieving 35% more flavor and color and even heat throughout the pot, even with low and even temperatures, without the need to stir.

Cooking with a plow disc

It will be much better than the traditional use because you will add the enveloping heat that will provide 35% more flavor and color.

Smoking

You will be able to make hot smoked meats from 40 degrees leaving the lower vent open and the top vent closed, adding wood chips or aromatic herbs such as rosemary or bay leaves to the fire.
